The printing staff printed my cards blatantly incorrectly, stated they had contacted me to verify this was what I wanted (absolutely untrue), and just shrugged and said I could submit a new order. Thank God I hadn’t paid for it yet. You’d be much better off going to UPS or a smaller print shop that actually cares about getting things right.

Called Wednesday and heard, "we'll put in a rush order and it'll be ready tomorrow." Drove up there Thursday, not ready and was told "I'll print it right now." Called that next day, Friday, and it's not ready. Don't bother

Also, someone should not be outside hanging signage when there is eight people in line including people trying to drop off Amazon returns, which is supposed to be a quick process. Add time enough to stand in line for 10 minutes, Cancel my returns, Re-order them to a different store and leave Before the Amazon return in front of me was even addressed. There was one person at the cash register and he just continued checking people out instead of helping the Amazon return and returning to the people in line. How was anyone ever going to get an Amazon return? There was one other employee outside hanging signage. There was another employee over in the back, shuffling boxes around and another employee over at the copy center. If that’s not enough people to help eight people in line then you should shutter your windows enclosure doors. Absolutely horrible customer service and I will never return.
