- NNNahbutiDec 18, 20251.0FedEx failed to deliver my important package on time. They charged a very high rate and promised to deliver my package expeditiously. I kept my end of the business agreement with the upfront payment, they failed on their end by not delivering at or before the agreed upon time. When I went back to the store to discuss their failure, they indicated they could not refund me, I had to call customer service. I called customer service and got the run around, I had to call at another time, I did, then they told me I had to call another department in Fedex, I did that and they sent a link to file a claim. That didn't work either. A few days of trying to interact with FedEx and I received no acknowledgement of the failure, refund or credit. Fedex wasted my time and di not provide anything close to customer service. I strongly recommend using a different service.

My sister sent me my car keys, ($200-$300 to replace) after a month I started calling FedEx to figure out what was going on, was told everything but where they were. 1. I was told they were on their way. 2. I was told they were being sent back to the original FedEx 3. I was told they were being sent back to my sister (they didn't have her address) 4. I was also told they were being held at the Jacksonville FedEx. I was only ever told they were in a warehouse in Jacksonville to soon be THROWN AWAY two months later. Emailed them multiple times about a month ago and have heard NOTHING back. Please use USPS because FedEx will easily loose your package and throw their hands in the air when it's time to take accountability.
