On multiple occasions, my delivery person has marked packages as “customer placed a hold — must pick up at post office,” which is completely false. I have never placed a hold on any package. Other times, packages were marked “delivery attempted — front door or driveway not accessible,” which is also untrue. This is misleading, frustrating, and feels like a way to avoid making deliveries. Honesty and accountability are the bare minimum expected. DO BETTER!
