Having two items that needed to be shipped two days after Christmas it was no surprise to walk into a very crowded store, each station was being handled by a smiling face working at maximum speed. After a less than expected wait time I was met by a very congenial lady named Jen, she could have been frazzled and in a bad mood from dealing with crowds and the normal nastiness of some people yet here she was with a smile and keeping a engaging conversation about the Holidays. Such a display of someone that enjoys her job and life. On a day when crowds can be overwhelming, tempers are short, and impatience can bring out the worst in people, having this bright little ball of positivity named Jen even for just a brief couple of minutes left me with an upbeat attitude for the remainder of my day. As I was leaving a couple of the other clerks regarded me with a wish of Happy New Year, and a thank you. This is a great crew!
