Every employee I’ve ever spoken with by phone or talked with personally at the counter has been knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and professional. Very annoyed. On top of that I just got another package in the mail and it is completley torn up and EVERYTHING from inside is missing . Nobody ever attempted to knock and inform me I was given a "we are sorry" BAG and I guess they now expect me to move on like nothing happened . RIDICULOUS!! Do NOT trust their "handled with care" quota
