I picked up one of the applications and started to fill it out when the man at the counter said to me that "if I am not prepared I will have to reschedule". I replied that "I just need to fill out the application and I am ready" but was told "sorry you will have to reschedule" this was one minute before my appointment even started! WHAT!

SHE SAID BC I AM LATE. My appointment was 9am I get in 9:10am, yes I was late for 10minutes plus I have to wait in line. SHE IS RUDE, LAZY AND UNACCAPTABLE COSTUMER SERVICE.
