  Jay was very helpful he able he was able to help me with all of my three packages to scan and return. This was my first time using Amazon return at the UPS store. They were great. We use them all the time.

  In a time where customer service and even chivalry may be considered long gone and relics of an ancient time, Jay at UPS was nothing short of a lifesaver today and a consummate professional in assisting me with a rather complex mailing issue. This store has always been my go to to use for my returns and the employees have always been top-notch. Special shout out again to Jay for saving the day and for once again showing why this UPS store is the best.

  I come in a lot primarily for Amazon returns. The machine they have there makes it so easy.The staff are nice,patient, and helpful. Jay, who I believe is the owner and or manager , is so pleasant,helpful and friendly. He always has a beautiful smile and is kind to both the customers and the other empliyees. This business is a great example of excellent customer service.

  Jay and the staff are absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond to deliver world class customer service to everyone that walks through their doors. I’ve visited other locations in the past for my business needs, but the staff is the sole reason I only come to this location now. They are known for their incredible ability to juggle multiple tasks (and customers) all at once to address their needs individually and in record time to get you in and out. To my amazement, they consistently do all of this with a welcoming demeanor and a genuine smile on their face. That’s a rare combo anyone will experience in a fast paced store these days. I recently misplaced my keys while I was dropping packages off at the store. Sheer panic set in and Jay jumped in like a super hero to help me find them. He must have opened every outbound return shipment container they had that day. And after lucky container number 6, he found them! Jay, you are a rockstar and can’t thank you enough for making my day! You will have my business for life 🥇
