If it was a one-off mistake I wouldn't be this upset but it was at 3 different places. forget about sorry for the confusion, no politeness whatsoever when I was upset they acted like I did something wrong . Very unprofessional.

- DDDianeDec 23, 20255.0Outstanding. Most recently, with 2 back to back holds (4 day lag between) and I thought maybe the first one was missing or lost. Called 800 submitted easy form, was return called from Hudson. They managed to catch the lag and brought both together. I should have known better! And our kind regular carrier probably knows our community as well as many who live here. No complaints and Nothing but good to excellent experiences with this post office over 5 years. Thanks USPS. Ps highly recommend using Informed Delivery account, to see everything that's coming day before. Easy.
