    Every time I walk into this UPS Store, I’m greeted with the nicest atmosphere. It even smells good inside! Abby and her team are consistently welcoming and genuinely helpful. Their customer service is on another level, and it makes every visit quick, easy, and surprisingly enjoyable. If I can help it, I won’t go to any other UPS location because this one is truly the best. Highly recommend!

    Talk about useless. UPS lost my package, and every person I spoke to seemed determined *not* to help. The 800 number told me to go to the store that shipped it. The store told me to call UPS local. UPS local told me the store had to handle it. I literally put UPS local on speaker right there in the UPS store, so they could hear each other passing the buck. The employee shrugged and handed me off to Chris, the manager, who lectured me about how they “just sell the labels.” No offer to help, no accountability, just excuses. Now the website, where I'm trying to file a claim, tells me I have to go back to the store to get a refund on the shipping -- the BARE MINIMUM I would expect for a lost package. Truly a master class in how to make a bad situation worse. This is why people go insane.
