The store told me to call UPS local. UPS local told me the store had to handle it. I literally put UPS local on speaker right there in the UPS store, so they could hear each other passing the buck. The employee shrugged and handed me off to Chris, the manager, who lectured me about how they “just sell the labels.” No offer to help, no accountability, just excuses. Now the website, where I'm trying to file a claim, tells me I have to go back to the store to get a refund on the shipping -- the BARE MINIMUM I would expect for a lost package. Truly a master class in how to make a bad situation worse. This is why people go insane.

I needed to know what time UPS picked up which is why I looked up the store. This one had raving reviews, which I actually didn't believe at the time. I walked in frantic because I was late, per usual, and only had a few minutes. I saw that UPS was in the process of picking up the packages and was very grateful that the UPS Driver, Dawn, kindly told me that she would wait for my overnight letter. I was also greeted and my anxiety quickly eased by the employees who are working, Angie (who helped because my label wouldn't print) and Taylor, who was very friendly and professional. Great job everyone at UPS Store Hudson!
