It just means they are taking too much time on the street. The reason your mail is late on Mondays is because the managers don't know how to spread the mail out.

Packages that either never get delivered, showed delivered but NOT to my house, debit and credit cards being delivered BUT again not to my house... the WORST service! If I could fire them I would!

I can't tell you how many bills and such I have thrown out, not knowing she does this, it is ridiculous. I mentioned this to my carrier where I moved from, he said it is laziness also.
