As always, the line is very long, and there aren't enough staff members working to support customers. Only two people are at the front during the busy hour at 12:40pm. What’s wrong with management? Are all employees on lunch break together?

My only ever bad review, you have to really do everything wrong to make me leave a bad review, somehow my zip code of 33020 was read as 33030, my phone number is on the package, going by the post office's own rulebook they have to find a way to deliver it, I never got a phone call it was sent back to Europe, I've been trying to call them for over an hour, Google shows it's less than half the usual business for a Thursday at this time, I'm out 50$ shipping and have to wait another month if I even get my package in one piece with crossing an Ocean 3 times, so clearly as someone who's friends with several postal workers here in Hollywood, your drivers don't do what they are paid for and call to confirm the mail delivery address, your office doesn't pick up the phone, and looking at the reviews of 1 star here it's well deserved, please someone with the right contacts have this whole office restaffed with properly trained people, it's a disgrace to the soul thing that built America, being a postal worker used to mean something, today you have the homestead post office literally doing the bare minimum to get a government pension, do your job, if everyone treated their workplace as an annoyance and attempted to do as little as possible to get through the day, our country would collapse as labor runs the economy, today people are too lazy to pick up a phone with it ringing nonstop and want good pay for it

May as well not have a phone number to contact listed on their website because no one in this post office answers the phone.

Regarding the passport clerk, I arrive at 9:15 and was told they don’t have time to see me as a walk in. There was only one lady in front of me. Save your time and go literally anywhere else

I am extremely frustrated with the level of service at my local post office. Missed deliveries have become a recurring issue, and it feels like getting reliable mail service should not be this difficult. Packages are often marked as attempted deliveries when no attempt was actually made, creating unnecessary delays and inconvenience. When I’ve gone into the post office to try to resolve these problems, the experience has been just as disappointing. Instead of finding support or accountability, I’ve been met with dismissive behavior and an overall lack of concern for customers. It gives the impression that customer service is not a priority, which is discouraging for people who depend on timely and accurate mail delivery. This situation is embarrassing and reflects poorly on a service that so many people rely on every day. I strongly believe improvements are needed in both delivery reliability and the way customers are treated. Our community deserves professionalism, respect, and a commitment to getting the job done right.
