Several requests spoken to three supervisors over the phone regarding the same issue. I spoken to the delivery drivers in person regarding the issues they just cannot deliver my packages to my house for whatever reason I would rather spend more money on another carrier than USPS. I’m losing money using them having to re-buy items or re-ship items and all they know how to say is well put an alert for your address we’ll speak to the drivers, etc

First package was returned to sender due to insufficient address(mind you I provided the correct address) and sender hasn't received yet. Usps hasn't updated the tracking information in a while. The company had to ship a second order which was marked as delivered in my mailbox today and it's not true. Stop marking packages as delivered to make up your numbers. This happens very often in this location and your package shows up the next day.
