We wanted to visit friends on holiday, but unfortunately this didn’t work in terms of timing. So we wanted to send the friends the chocolate they had brought with us. We received very good advice at the post office and were also helped with materials (adhesive tape, cardboard box, address sticker). I would like to see a courteous service like this in every agency.
