May as well not have a phone number to contact listed on their website because no one in this post office answers the phone.

Regarding the passport clerk, I arrive at 9:15 and was told they don’t have time to see me as a walk in. There was only one lady in front of me. Save your time and go literally anywhere else

I am extremely frustrated with the level of service at my local post office. Missed deliveries have become a recurring issue, and it feels like getting reliable mail service should not be this difficult. Packages are often marked as attempted deliveries when no attempt was actually made, creating unnecessary delays and inconvenience. When I’ve gone into the post office to try to resolve these problems, the experience has been just as disappointing. Instead of finding support or accountability, I’ve been met with dismissive behavior and an overall lack of concern for customers. It gives the impression that customer service is not a priority, which is discouraging for people who depend on timely and accurate mail delivery. This situation is embarrassing and reflects poorly on a service that so many people rely on every day. I strongly believe improvements are needed in both delivery reliability and the way customers are treated. Our community deserves professionalism, respect, and a commitment to getting the job done right.

The service at my local post office has been consistently unacceptable. Missed deliveries continue to happen far too often, with packages marked as attempted when no attempt was made. This creates unnecessary delays and forces customers to take time out of their day to track down their own mail. Trying to resolve these issues in person only adds to the frustration. The staff often appear indifferent, unwilling to help, and lacking the professionalism customers deserve. Instead of solutions, you are met with poor customer service and a clear absence of accountability. Mail delivery is an essential service that people rely on, and the current level of performance falls well below reasonable expectations. This location needs immediate improvement in both operational reliability and customer care. The community deserves dependable service, respectful treatment, and a post office that takes its responsibility seriously.
