  Worse UPS store and customer service experience I've ever had. I will never use UPS services again. I have been trying to get help for a lost package for almost two months now. Seems like they do not want to help nor process a refund for a package that staff lost at this location. Management is clueless, I keep getting bounced back and forth between UPS customer service number and this store. Ive visited this location multiple times for help and received nothing. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional. Very frustrating for no reason. I am referring to the UPS store at 815 N Homestead Blvd Homestead, fl 33030. Avoid this store.

  Dear UPS Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the service at one of your location Store 2521. It is disheartening to see the decline in customer service quality, which appears to stem from a lack of proper training and preparation for the staff employed at these sites. As a company, It's A Wrap Solution has frequently used this location for our deliveries. However, due to the terrible attitude and complete lack of motivation displayed by the staff, this will be the last time we utilize your services at this location. It was truly the worst experience I have encountered. I strongly suggest that UPS invests more in hiring and properly training the individuals who represent the brand. In the long run, poor representation negatively impacts the company’s reputation and bottom line.

  Marcela made a hectic busy afternoon at the store feel comfortable and inviting. Her communication and explanation of all services rendered made feel confident my shipment would get where it needs to go without fail. Outstanding employee spearheading standards and surpassing them.

  Kevin L. was so attentive, helpful, and very very pleasant. Ups store needs more workers like him. I watch all of the associates and they were also amazing. That entire store is amazing! I come here for all of my shipping and returns. The associates have never let me down!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
