  Not a real UPS store. This is a franchise location where they don’t accept UPS accounts to ship.

  Great customer service. Busy location at time but they keep up well working fast space. Allowed me to use the internet to be able to track an order that appeared to be lost. Highly recommend

  Horrible. I have sent 2 prepackged boxes back to AT&T on 2 separate dates and both phones were never received by AT&T. I have gotten charged $695 for each phone not received. There is someone stealing at this location. Be very careful and do not return your phone by mail at this location!

  Be ware $3.70 for a copy ! One shipping label !! The service is good but to print you a shipping label almost $4.00 it is opportunist ! Print your labels at home !!

  I rate the service at this place with more than 5 stars. I visit frequently and have never had anything to complain about. All the employees are very attentive and helpful; they always find a way to assist and resolve any issue. Special thanks to Freddy, who helped me today even with the system down, just as everyone in this store always does. Thank you very much.
