- GTGina TorreAug 30, 20251.0I used this company for 5 years when they were Ready Refresh. Due to moving I stopped services and had them pick up equipment. They have been sold to Primo water and their customer service is impossible to get my issue resolved. They continue to charge me and will not close my account. I live in another state and I have to keep asking to skip delivery. When I call and talk with customer service they send me to another department that just hangs up w/out being able to speak to someone. I sent an email and requested services to stop and be cancelled with no resolution.
