  This location has the most useless, lazy employees I've ever encountered. Was given incorrect information on shipping an item. Was told I had go to Office Max to purchase certain stickers to place on my package. Went to the Hallandale PO and got to ship my package with no problem and no addl purchase of stickers. Avoid the lazy, misinforming Hollywood location at all costs. Parking sucks too!

  I am extremely disappointed with the way my case was handled by the United States Postal Service. A letter containing my newborn daughter’s Social Security card a very sensitive federal document was supposed to be delivered to my address. The envelope never arrived, and I opened a case with USPS because of the seriousness of the situation. What is most concerning is that this is not an ordinary piece of mail. It involves a federal identification document for a newborn child. The possibility that such an important document could be lost or potentially mishandled should immediately trigger a more serious review. Instead, my complaint was not escalated. I simply received a phone call informing me that nothing could be done because the letter did not have a tracking number. However, it is well known that the Social Security Administration sends these documents through USPS without tracking numbers. In other words, the lack of tracking is part of the normal process and should not automatically close an investigation. I even have photographic proof from USPS delivery notifications showing that mail was expected, yet this evidence did not seem to matter. Being told that “nothing can be done” under these circumstances is unacceptable. When a federal document containing a child’s Social Security information goes missing, the response should be thorough, responsible, and escalated appropriately. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I expected better accountability and support from a national postal service trusted with critical government correspondence.

  Walk ins for passport we'd and Thursday 1-2 so I drive 45 minutes to get here and the lady ain't even here. It's Thursday
