Within the last year or so, I'm missing packages and I'm sure mail too because I'm usually receiving neighbors mail. Late September 2025, I was expecting a package, got an email and text stating it was delivered at front desk mailroom. Hmm? I live in a house down the street from the post office on Polk street . I waited a few days hoping it to be delivered. No delivery. I went to the office and was told it was not there. Clerk tells me to go online to file a claim. I asked how can we track down the truck delivering my mail that day? The clerk stated that particular day the post office truck did not have its GPS on. So they couldn't tell me where it was dropped off. So I went to the fairy new building where there's new apartments/hotel Circ/Olivia restaurant and asked their front desk if my package was delivered there. No help either. So my package was delivered to someone else! Its obvious people aren't honest, I ALWAYS walk or drive to hand deliver people's mail left at my home. These post office employees are careless. I sometimes wait outside to catch them delivering wrong mail! This office needs to be investigated for the people they are hiring!!! And it's true, there are SOME not all, clerks there that hates their job. Poor customer service.

They can’t even deliver all your mail or put your mail in the correct mailbox even if have photos of your mail through their online sign up program. No one where your mail is it so frustrating.
