However, during my visit today, there was only one employee available to assist customers, which resulted in a long queue and an extended waiting time. Given the recent price raise made by USPS during Christmas season one should expect that branches would be adequately staffed to handle customer volume efficiently.

Her behavior is consistently rude, indifferent, and completely unprofessional. She does not show any willingness to help, treats customers with disrespect, and makes the entire experience unnecessarily unpleasant. Her attitude is negligent, unkind, and far below any standard of customer service. Someone with that level of intolerance and lack of manners should not be attending the public, and honestly, she should be removed from that position. It is extremely frustrating to deal with someone who clearly does not want to do her job. I hope management takes this seriously, because the community deserves better service and respectful treatment.
