- SSSheneka SaundersSep 29, 20251.0Received a delivery notice of my package being in the locker and nothing was there. Went to the office where I waited more than 30 mins for a supervisor. He stated he’ll ask the driver who said he didn’t have a package 🤔. You didn’t have a package but scanned the item and marked it as delivered??!!! Spoke to the supervisor AGAIN, who stated to ask the driver. Where is the accountability? We’re not playing hot potato. As a supervisor, YOU ask the driver and find out what happened. Very unprofessional and careless.
