  For this particular UPS store, they are always very competent and everything goes very smoothly. Even when there is a line, it moves quickly without any hangups. I'm so glad this store is nearest to me, but even if it wasn't, I would go out of my way to come to this one. Everyone is also very courteous and friendly and I don't know how to describe it, but there is a calm vibe in this store. It's pleasant to go here. Aside from that, the incidentals are great too. The store is clean and the location is easy to get to. It's very convenient that it's located right next to a Publix. Parking here is easy, uncluttered, and there are always lots of spaces. And I don't know if this was planned or not, but if it was, give the designer of the parking lot a bonus (or if someone at UPS insists on this, give them a bonus). It's mostly a standard rectangular parking lot with your standard rows running perpendicular up and down in front of the Publix and the other businesses in that strip shopping center. However, right in front of the UPS, theres a curved area of the parking lot and there are about 3 or 4 spaces that are directly in front of the UPS running almost parallel and facing the UPS store. And they are very close to the front door of the UPS. They are the absolutely perfect spots when you have heavy stuff or several unwieldy items you need to lug into UPS. And mostly, customers in that lot respect that. Those spots are not always full. If you really need one, chances are, one is open. Again, I don't know if that was a happy accident, but if that was designed in, please tell whoever did it that it is noticed and highly appreciated. And either way, it makes using that UPS store very comfortable and welcoming.

  I’m traveling and drove 2 hours to pick up a chewy package for my dog. They said the pick up fee is $50!! I’ve never been to a UPS store where they charged more than $5-20. Now I have to contact Chewy for a refund and find a way to feed my dog who has allergies on the road. Sickening business practices here. Capitalism at its finest. Zero empathy. Update; Yeah I choose a UPS store that’s highly rated near where I plan on being several days into the future. I can’t just have it shipped to any store and wait around while it gets delivered. I’ve used tens of UPS stores around the nation. None have charged more than $20 for a hold fee. There aren’t even any materials required. You just hold the package and hand it over when I arrive - how is that $50 in materials? Your response shows a total lack of empathy or understanding with a full defense of capitalistic price gouging. I should have read the recent reviews instead of going off the overall rating. Recent reviews are all awful

  Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. I paid $63.85 for guaranteed Friday delivery for my Honda parts tracking: 1Z3300640339230306 The original delivery window was 1:45 PM – 3:45 PM on Friday, January 23rd. I could have paid under $40 and received it on Monday, but I paid more specifically to get it on Friday. When UPS changed the delivery window earlier that afternoon, I paid an additional $5.99 to redirect the shipment to this UPS Store, thinking it would make delivery easier, faster, and more controlled instead of trying to deliver it to my address. Unfortunately, the package was not delivered on Friday. On Saturday, I came twice (11:00 AM and 2:30 PM) and was told to come back again before closing. On Sunday, I finally received the shipment — but only one box out of two. The total shipment should be 16 lbs. When I asked the employee for help or guidance, I received no real assistance or explanation — just “I don’t know” and no effort to help resolve the issue.I even asked a few times what’s the right phone number call but I didn’t get any information in return I can clearly understand it’s my problem and I’m on my own to figure out what to do next. For information the total cost of the shipment is $639.27!!! Because of these delays, I had to cancel and reschedule my car repair twice, which cost me time and money. I paid extra to help UPS and make delivery smoother, but instead I got uncertain delivery, a missing package, and indifferent customer service. Very disappointed with this experience and I’ll never go back to this particular local UPS Store I don’t need to get this kind of customer service.
