  I always going there to make my stuff by today October 31 2025 I was there at 3pm and I can’t get my id scanned and send to my email “something so simple but you guys say you don’t have the right machine for that” you have to print out a paper and than scanned the paper and send to me to my email “no only I pay 3 times more than supposed to, the pdf was terrible, how can I send this document nobody becose it’s terrible

  Make an effort to visit another store. The owner of the store himself is charging customers for bogus and invented charges. Has a bad attitude and was treating customers with disrespect. Go somewhere else for your shipping needs. 2 miles east there is another location, go there. Good day.

  Omar, the General Manager for the UPS did a supberb work for me: First with the notarization, second with the clever advice on how to effectively apostille a document in Tallahassee. It did took some time, but the time pays the amount anyone else may charge. To Omar and all your team memebers Many Thanks. Please keep up the good work and the excellent customer service which is scarce nowadays in many stores.

  OMAR, wake up! I had an extremely unprofessional experience at this UPS Store. When I politely asked for my drop-off receipt to show the actual weight of my parcel (for legal and liability purposes), the young employee , maybe 18 or 19 years old , was condescending and dismissive. He even said, “I do shipping all my life, weight of the parcel doesn’t matter.” That is not only untrue, but completely unhelpful. Weight obviously matters for both cost and accountability, and I had every right to request accurate documentation. Instead of receiving customer service, I was met with arrogance. What makes this worse is that I was prepared to sign up for one of their products "a mailbox with a real street address" for my online business. After this experience, there’s no way I’ll trust this location with my business. I lost my temper in the store, and I won’t be returning. This location badly needs better training and professionalism from the franchise owner. UPS should seriously reconsider who they allow to run their franchises.

  Do Not Notarize Here!!! They charge an extra $10 convenience fee!!! It was my first time notarizing in FL so I thought the price is fixed and its 20 bucks in all UPS stores here,but NO. I went to UPS at Young Circle and its $10 total!
