The rep that helped me was kind and attentive, however, I have to agree with the previous poster that the atmosphere is definitely different than what I'm used to from this location. I love this UPS and usually the entire staff is so friendly and helpful, but it was very upsetting to witness how one of the reps was being very dismissive of an older woman who didn't understand the prices. I get that the young rep was frustrated but instead of asking for management's assistance, she just unilaterally ended the conversation by abruptly sitting down, head down, and start to play on her cell phone. This is in front of customers and while the older woman was still talking to her. I felt like I had to ask for someone else to help and the young lady began arguing with me and raising her voice. Another rep came to calm her down (although this was not a contentious situation), leading me to believe this may not be uncommon behavior for her. Again, I'm sure she was frustrated but perhaps more customer service training for the staff would be helpful, especially when serving long standing members of this community.
