Saying "well don't" when I said I didn't want to have to purchase a box to send a return, because I have never had to in the past. When I walked in wasn't even acknowledged. But all 4 staff in the store were so attentive to one customer ahead of myself. Won't go into why that probably was. But obvious. Have gone to this location in the past with no issues.
