  I had a wonderful experience at this UPS store. The manager Jamie gave me preferential treatment. She was very personable and professional and she did a wonderful job. I was also helped by Armani, who was equally excellent. I highly recommend this store to anyone.

  I came to this UPS Store on November 16th at around 2:10 PM, and the experience was honestly embarrassing. I arrived with a return in a bag — exactly as the instructions say: No box needed, no label needed, nothing extra required. The employee at the counter (tall guy with long hair) immediately decided to make up his own rules: “You need a box because each item has a separate barcode.” I explained — calmly — that there is ONE barcode that covers the entire return, exactly how these returns work everywhere. And in that moment, you could literally see it on his face — he realized he was wrong. He hesitated. He got stuck. And instead of admitting it or checking, he doubled down, climbed higher up the tree, and became even more stubborn. From there, his attitude got worse — rude, dismissive, condescending. Not interested in helping, just interested in being “right,” even when wrong. What makes this even more ridiculous? I do this exact same return, with the same number of items, all the time — and every other UPS Store handles it smoothly, in seconds. But at this location, they always find some new excuse, some new imaginary rule, as if their job is to block packages instead of scanning them. No understanding of UPS procedures. No respect for customers. No professionalism — just attitude and power trips. This location does not represent UPS well at all. It’s a complete waste of time, and clearly nobody is managing what goes on here. Do yourself a favor — go to any other UPS Store. If you value your time and sanity, avoid this place completely.

  Went to get some paperwork printed and Jamie was there to help, absolutely amazing service even when I couldn’t for the life of me type the email correctly. Definitely made my morning run smoother, will definitely be coming back for any other services if I need them.

  Hidden Fees, Rude Service, and Opened Packages — Avoid This Location I had two Amazon packages shipped to this UPS Store through my Prime membership. When I came to pick them up, I was charged a “pickup fee” — something I’ve never encountered before and that is not disclosed anywhere on Amazon or in any written policy at the store. When I asked where this mysterious policy was written, the employee snapped back that I “should know where [I’m] sending things.” Completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, both packages had been opened before I received them, and at first I was only handed one. Only after questioning them and showing proof of delivery did they “find” the second package — conveniently accompanied by a handwritten note saying I should be charged. Convenient policy, huh? Between the hidden fees, opened packages, and rude behavior, this experience was unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this location, especially if you’re using Amazon deliveries — you may be charged extra, and your packages might not even be secure.
