  The service at this location is deficient. I tracked a lost package and called for two weeks, receiving a different answer each day, none of which offered a solution. Steve, the manager, is incapable of taking responsibility for his store. Also, Manager Steve is not fulfilling his responsibilities. Not only did they give my package to someone else, but they also claim to have lost the one I mistakenly received after returning it, and as if by magic, they have no way of tracking it—even though they specialize in trackable shipping.

  Very bad experience at this UPS office in Young Circle, Hollywood. The manager, Steve, offers unprofessional service. They lose packages, make delivery mistakes, and then refuse to take responsibility. They promise to investigate but never do. Furthermore, when I inquired about a returned package, they said they sent it to the store but had no tracking information available. They offer no solutions and provide contradictory information. Avoid this location for your shipments.

  El manager Steve no cumple con sus responsabilidades, está aprendiendo según él su cargo, sin embargo no ha tenido la diligencia, responsabilidad y transparencia que se requiere para cumplir su labor como encargado de la sede de Ups young circle Hollywood, no solamente le dieron mi paquete a otra persona, sino el que yo recibí erróneamente luego de devolverlo, dicen haberlo perdido, y como por obra de magia no tiene manera de rastrearlo, ellos, que se dedican al envío de paquetes con rastreo.

  1 Muy mala experiencia en esta oficina de UPS en Young Circle, Hollywood. El encargado, Steve, ofrece un trato poco profesional. Pierden paquetes, se equivocan en las entregas y después no asumen responsabilidad. Prometen investigar y nunca lo hacen. Además, cuando pregunté por un paquete devuelto, dijeron que lo enviaron a la tienda pero no tenían tracking disponible. No solucionan y dan información contradictoria.   It's a UPS... if you've been to one, you've been to them all. A typical experience and utilitarian, shipping-focused atmosphere that we've all grown accustomed to - as we appreciate its corporate standardization efficiency while resenting its soulless capitalistic extraction.The workers who have helped me over the years with packaging are consistently great and efficient about it - and deserve a raise (becuase that's what gets this place it's 4th star)! This is one of the rare enterprises that gets the dubious distinction for both getting praise and condemnation for haing vehicular parking that contributes to detrimental automotive-focused suburban design AND for being sited on a multi-tenant lot that does contributes to a denser, walkable, multi-modal environment.
