Every time I come here, the experience is frustrating and gives me anxiety, even though I make an effort to be polite. She always has an unnecessary attitude. On my most recent visit, instead of handing me my receipt, she placed it on the table, which felt very disrespectful. Basic manners go a long way, especially in customer service. If someone is unhappy in their job, it shouldn’t be taken out on customers. After reading other reviews, I can see that I’m not the only one who has experienced this, which is disappointing. That said, the owner is very nice and sweet, and I have no issues with him at all.

Chris truly went above and beyond to help get my image lightened perfectly for printing — he made sure everything looked clean, clear, and professional before sending it off. They are both amazing!! Then when I met the manager, it made complete sense why he had such a great team. He was so helpful and sweet as well. Customer service like this is hard to find.
