  Each and everytime ups is unfortunately used to deliver a package is a master class in how to be the worst delivery option in America. Thousands of dollars worth of product being delivered and these packages go missing for weeks 5 times in a row. No customer service options jusy non helpful machines. No resolution no follow through no quality of service and no respect for your business and your possessions that are entrusted to them.

  This by far is one of the nicest UPS stores and owner EVER. I am a customer who went there right before Christmas, rushing around to get everything done in time. Well, I left my car keys on the counter and hurriedly left. Since my phone opens and starts the car without keys, I didn’t realize I had left them until I got home. I had been to so many different places for errands, I had no clue where they were left. In spite of tracing all the places I had gone, I was unsuccessful in finding the keys and keychain. I thought they just dropped out of my purse. To replace my car key alone would have cost $$ in spite of everything else! Robert, the owner of the UPS store called the dealership and delivered my keys where they determined they were mine. I am so grateful for such a kind honorable gesture by Robert. He has renewed my faith in the goodness of people! I thank you ,thank you ,thank you! And Everyone out there- go to this UPS Store! They are lovely and wonderful to all customers!
