  Worst place possible called last Thursday. The guy told me to download the app I did and did the application, called back he said he will call me back at 1pm, he did not call back. Friday I called early morning Sharon snake call on Monday, I called at 8:02 today Monday morning 1/05/2025 the guy told me to call back again at 9:30 after I told him I already did everything and ready to work, I called at 9:35 am and Sharon picked up and I told her I already downloaded the app and application, she then told me if I brought two forms of ID in already? I said no and I have a pass part and I can fax my driver license over she said no and then she said it has to be two forms and that I had a onboarding and was “Suppose to be there” at 10Am and that she told me already in which (SHE NEVER HAS TOLD ME ABOUT IT OR MENTION IT FRIDAY OR THIS MONDAY WASN’T MENTIONED BY THE GUY THERE I HAD ONE AT 8:02 THIS MORNNF EITHER JUST TO CALL BACK AT 9:30 AND I EVEN ASKES CAN I COME IN TO BRING IN MY FORMS IN LERSON AND HE SAID NO DO NOT COME IN ONLY CALL AT 9:30! !) as I was going to say something else related to my two forms of ID She hangs up on me, I call back and asked if my birth certificate is okay to bring in along with my pass port and she said yes and asked if I’m going to make the 10am on boarding and I said yeah but it’s 9:40 I want to work and I said no one told me at all and then she said SHE DID and I said no one has told me and I never met you guys in person before then she hung up again, I called back I asked why do you keep being rude and hanging up on me can I speak to the manger instead she said she is the manager! Then I said the owner or supervisor you can’t keep hanging up when I’m being nice and own up to your mistakes you never told me to come in at 10 or the guy when I asked to go in and he said no. She hangs up again…smh all I wanted to do is work and make money for my family since Thursday to now today Monday Sharon and that guy is very unprofessional do not come here guys trust me that was crazy what I just went through and ruined my whole day. Definitely going to report this to there office and recorded lines on phone. 👎👎 👎

  I've never felt so disappointed in my life like the situation I just went threw with this lady she had no respect she had the guts to tell me to go back where I came from because I spoke Spanish and all this started simply cause I asked for help on an application and she said I don't care like what?? Go back and seat was very rude and mean AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO WENT THREW THIS WITH HER THAT'S NOT SOMEONE YOU SHOULD HAVE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AM ACTUALLY IN PROCESS OF FILING A LAW SUIT FOR THE DISRESPECT AND SRTESS I WENT THREW I HAD TO LEAVE

  Definitely don’t deal with people the same way the Hialeah branch does the lady Sharon seems irritated and aggravated and like she doesn’t want to do simple research on what happened to a ticket that disappeared rather tell you she don’t know with an attitude instead of looking into the matter which is really sad

  they found me a job, I was there for two months until they kicked me out, they found me another one but I was enough labor for me. But If you have the propper skills you can get a "real job" as a laborer in any of the job places they find for you.
