Every time I come in, employees are just standing around, laughing, and doing absolutely nothing while customers are waiting 15+ minutes to be helped. No sense of urgency, no professionalism — just pure frustration. It’s honestly unacceptable for a company of this size to treat people this way.
- PPPhamOct 28, 20251.0Today was my first time coming to this fedex location and also was my first time shipping my package for my business internationally. I paid $266 for a 0.3lb 11x9x3 envelope. I was surprised since I didn’t expect it to be that expensive. I asked the lady that helped me check out why it was so expensive, all she said was because it’s international and depends on the size and weight. That was it. Later on I contacted the recipient and asked if that’s usually how much they pay for fedex shipping. They said no and they said it was probably because I didn’t have a business account. I then created the business account and to my surprise again the estimated shipping cost for the same size package and weight is only 1/3 of what I paid today. It’d be nice if FedEx staff were willing to be more helpful and provide more information to help their customers save on their shipping cost.
