You need to send an email and wait for fedex to email you a verification code. I sent the email 3 times and waited over 30 minutes still have mot received any verification code. There is no signal in the store, they tell you to connect to wifi and just wait endlessly. The employees here are the least helpful individuals you will ever encounter. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else before wasting your time here.

The driver has them in his truck the pass 3 days because I can see the truck location. He is in the corner of my house the pass 2 days and don’t come to my home to deliver the package I have 4 car tires . They can not be left outside or they will be stolen. He has come around my block but don’t come to my house. I called FedEx they take your statement and that it. Still waiting for my package delivered late and his drivers are the worst, customer service AI until finally you get someone on the line and still will not help you
