- KKKar KSep 29, 20251.0Went to this post office to mail something overnight and I wasn't sure which packaging I needed and was very confused. Haven't stepped foot into a post office in several years. (And now I know why) The man that was working at the time just stood in the corner yelling things to me in a very condescending tone. So, I just packed up my stuff and went to the ups store down the block and when I told the employee about my experience at the post office, she stated "someone was here not 10 minutes ago and said the exact same thing" so at least i knew it just wasnt me. Also, while I was leaving the post office i heard him laughing at me with the other customers. Just a very miserable man works there so I would suggest going somewhere else, unless you want to be verbally abused!

I've been working with them for the last week on various USPS related issues involving the death of a family member, their mail forwarding and even the shipment of their cremains. At all times they have been helpful, always willing to assist, and informative so that we can best utilize USPS services to accomplish what we need to do. Jay and Sean are both a credit to the USPS and the community of Holiday. While my local postal workers are also great folks, Jay and Sean set the bar pretty high.
