  Customer Service is horrible. I walk in, was greeted asked what I needed, and then they served the person that walked in right after me first and let me wait in a corner for 10 minutes, even though they knew what I needed. They are also very rude and short in their demeanor every time I've been to the store. Anything you need is too much work for them, they complain about it the entire time they work on the task, and give you attitude if you have questions. Until ownership changes again, I definitely don't recommend you go here for any of your shipping needs. Had the pleasure to deal with previous owners for several years and the service was always excellent with them, which is definitely not the case with current owners.

  Thank you for a great experience and superb customer service. I needed to ship several vintage Lionel trains to Maryland and the carton was quite heavy. The store was very busy but I was assisted by two very kind gentlemen. Thank you for your kindness and expertise. You have made this Christmas very special for both myself and my family. Thank you again.

  This was a 5 star store up until I met the new owner KIM who was so disgusting and rude. And to think I was going to be kind and give her a compliment. I don’t think I will ever support this store again. I come very often to print and ship products out. She unnecessarily charged an extra $10 for being an inconvenience to HER in “her” store. Clearly she must have been having a horrible day to be so rude to customers especially to their faces. It’s hard enough having a baby tag along but for someone to be so nasty it’s really sad where the world of customer service is going. How dare you ask what I got printed? How is that any of your business?? It’s coloring pages for kids…and then she’s like put on an extra $5. lol Left the store in disgust… My view on the staff on the other hand is that they are ALL super nice and so welcoming. But Kim was definitely the Grinch who stole Christmas…and I don’t even celebrate Christmas.

  I went into the UPS Store to fax some very important and private documents. At the end of the process to be checked out, I clarified that there were 22 pages instead of 21. The clerk then proceeded to the copy machine without one single word to me, she made copies of my important documents which I did not authorize. She was too lazy to hand count 22 pages and instead put them thru the copier. I mentioned to her I did not ask her to make copies. She had an arrogant air about her and tolded me she would shred the copies. She knew the copies were very important and private because I mentioned it. I did not feel comfortable leaving the copies in a public place. She charged me for copies I did not authorize. She continued with her arrogance. I felt I was totally treated wrong being charged for a service I did not request. Be very careful to watch how people handle your important and private documents.

  Kim and her team are absolutely amazing!!! My son accidentally shipped his phone to her store instead of his address. She went above and beyond to make sure he got his package!!! Anyone in customer service could learn from her! They even called us to let us know it had been successfully delivered!
