I absolutely hate this place Cecilia argued with my husband over a package that was tracked an ready to b picked up telling him he cant have it cause it was after 10 am what the heck we pick up mail after 10 am that is the POLICY my husband was so upset about it that i had to go back up ther i asked what the deal was with why is she constantly give us grief this lady is making up rules as she goes she intentionally gave me the wrong number to the supervisor so i couldnt make a case against her she refused to give me the impoo number as wll then went to the office and didnt come back out how can u do this to some body oh my she made us feel as though she was wanting to keep it for herself
