- BMBrittany MichelleNov 15, 20251.0My package was clearly labeled TWICE with “DO NOT BEND,” yet the carrier folded it into fours and shoved it into my mailbox, ruining the book inside. If it’s not damage like this, it’s my packages being delivered to the wrong address altogether. You would think the postal service could read the house and box numbers correctly, but this has become an ongoing problem. I’m finally leaving a review so others know how careless the service can be.

Everyone seemed to be happy and smiling, speaking with each other. Michael, the postal worker, was wonderful and took care of everyone as quickly as he could. The facility was nice and clean.

She seemed to have a chip on her shoulder and was argumentative rolling her eyes. Every chance she could get just because I was asking some relevant questions. I don’t know who she think she is but I’m gonna tell everyone about it. She needs to be fired. I don’t know how these people get these jobs but they need to start training people in proper customer service just because you’re having a bad day Does not mean you have to destroy everyone else’s day. Honestly, I will never go back to the HighSprings post office ever.
