- HBhailey berlangaApr 16, 20261.0They didn’t want to accept my package unless I went home and taped it. The said if I wanted to use there tape I needed to pay $5.00. Mind you it’s one of the little bags from SHEIN. Unbelievably rude not even a hello how are you.

She is miserable and extremely rude with customers. You would think a person that deals with customers would be a little more helpful and friendly instead she looks and talks to you like your 5 yrs old. I will never go back there again! Tip for her: don’t waste your life going to a place you hate and dishonor the rest of the hardworking Americans that care and need this job. Instead go somewhere where you’re going to be happy and I promise you will be a better person. USPS please evaluate your employees better. Sometimes all they need is retraining

Mi inglés no es tan bueno y en ambas ocasiones tuve ayuda de personas jóvenes que allí estaban (como clientes) que amablemente me asistieron. Debo decir que, en ambos casos, los dos empleados que me atendieron (una muchacha la primera vez y un muchacho la segunda) fueron bien amables, pacientes y colaboradores. Mi segundo envío fue el día 19 de diciembre casi a la hora de cerrar. Yo quería que llegara a su destino antes de Navidad. Me dijeron que ya era tarde para esa fecha, sin embargo, con mucha satisfacción recibí la noticia de que llegó justo hoy. Agradezco por eso a USPS, y a esta oficina en particular, por la amabilidad y buen trato de sus empleados. Feliz Navidad y un próspero año 2026 les deseo a todos. Gracias.
