    Pésima experiencia en esta sucursal de UPS en Miami. Llegué para hacer un drop-off como siempre, y ahora tienen una política nueva donde si tu paquete no está completamente sellado con tape, te obligan a pagar por “material y manejo”. No lo explican bien y básicamente te fuerzan a pagar por algo que antes era normal y sin costo Terrible experience at this UPS location in Miami. I came in to do a drop-off like usual, and now they have a new policy where if your package isn’t fully sealed with tape, they make you pay for “materials and handling.” It’s not clearly explained, and it basically feels like they’re forcing customers to pay for something that used to be normal and free. I understand your explanation, but this is not standard across other UPS locations, where taping a box is usually done quickly without any problem. It takes only a few seconds, and making it an issue instead of helping the customer It’s a quick task that takes seconds and is generally considered part of normal service is what led to my negative experience. Entiendo su explicación, pero esto no es lo habitual en otras ubicaciones de UPS, donde sellar una caja normalmente se hace de manera rápida y sin inconvenientes. Es una tarea que toma solo unos segundos y generalmente se considera parte del servicio básico al cliente. Convertirlo en un problema en lugar de simplemente ayudar al cliente fue lo que llevó a mi experiencia negativa.
