I’ve been helped by Jackie multiple times at the USPS in Hialeah, and she’s always great. She’s friendly, efficient, and very thorough. You can tell she cares about doing her job right. I appreciate her help every time I come in!

Me sentí humillada, maltratada y completamente ignorada.

Worst post office in all of the UNITED STATES. There’s only 1 person working the front counter 5 days a week. Horrible, you’ll be here for hours!!! This is what my taxes pay for!????

Worst post office in Hialeah. My poor elderly mom sent me the smallest package ever to MI which barely even weighed at all and lady there didn't even explain to her the different pricing options and had nerve to charge her $52 for 2 to 3 days transit. I've called since this incident happened in late December over 10 times and not once have I had a live person answer in this place. Have left messages for their store manager and nothing either. High way robbery on fees for a horrible service they provided!
