Mi inglés no es tan bueno y en ambas ocasiones tuve ayuda de personas jóvenes que allí estaban (como clientes) que amablemente me asistieron. Debo decir que, en ambos casos, los dos empleados que me atendieron (una muchacha la primera vez y un muchacho la segunda) fueron bien amables, pacientes y colaboradores. Mi segundo envío fue el día 19 de diciembre casi a la hora de cerrar. Yo quería que llegara a su destino antes de Navidad. Me dijeron que ya era tarde para esa fecha, sin embargo, con mucha satisfacción recibí la noticia de que llegó justo hoy. Agradezco por eso a USPS, y a esta oficina en particular, por la amabilidad y buen trato de sus empleados. Feliz Navidad y un próspero año 2026 les deseo a todos. Gracias.

- JCJennita CondeSep 5, 20251.009/05/25 La empleada del correo postal me trató de manera grosera y discriminatoria. Fui a devolver un paquete y le pedí prestada una precinta. Ella me la dio, pero cuando usé dos pedacitos, me dijo delante de todos que trajera mi propia precinta, porque esa era de ella y se la estaba gastando yo no hablo el inglés , se dirigió al público preguntando si alguien hablaba inglés, y una muchacha me tradujo lo que decía. Después la empleada continuó hablándome en inglés directamente, sabiendo que yo no podía entenderla. Eso me hizo sentir humillada, avergonzada y discriminada frente a las demás personas. Además, ahí hay cámaras que pueden confirmar lo sucedido. De la vergüenza que sentí, decidí irme sin recibir ayuda ni solución. Ella en ningún momento mostró interés en atenderme ni en ofrecerme apoyo. Considero que una persona con ese comportamiento, tan falto de respeto hacia el público, no debería estar trabajando en un servicio tan importante como el correo.
