- BRBeatriz RondonDec 16, 20251.0Today, around 3:00 PM, I visited this post office and had a very disappointing experience with a clerk I had never seen there before. When I arrived, she barely looked up from her phone. I greeted her and asked if she spoke Spanish, and she immediately told me to go to another office. I told her it was not a problem and that I could speak English. Unfortunately, she did not allow me to explain what I needed. I was simply trying to ask for her recommendation on the type of box I should use to ship my items. Every time I tried to explain, she interrupted me and told me to stop talking. At one point, she even told me to leave the office. Although I was speaking in English the entire time, if one word came out in Spanish, she would aggressively tell me to speak English. I felt disrespected and poorly treated. I also asked her for her name so I could report the situation to a manager, and she refused to provide it, stating that she did not have to give me her name. I have been coming to this post office for over 25 years and have always received excellent customer service from the staff, which made this experience even more disappointing. This was the first time I have ever been treated this way at this location. I hope management addresses this situation, as this type of behavior does not represent the quality of service this post office has provided for many years.
- YVYuneisy VelazcoDec 15, 20251.0Hi ,Today date 12/15 /2025 ,I went to the post office to complete my procedure to change my address and I was helped from a Rude Lady,ignoring me ,without she let me explain that I had with me the QRC ,she said ,change address we don't do that anymore, i said i have my QRCODE with me ,she gave me her back and she puted to separate deliveries from one side to the other side , i left her space and i move to the other computer to receive help ,when she realized that i was ready waiting for her ,she said ,oho are you ready ?,I said since the first time that i was stand infront of you ,i hope she is new ,i never saw her before ,she's not professional , she was rude with other lady cus she don't understand what she said ,i helping the lady translate what she said and i felt bad too ,why we have to be traet with a bad manner from Post Office Employee in hialeah 49 st ,this Company need Employee that speak Spanish no one has to be treat bad cus they don't speak English , This happened with a Eldier woman ,this is a discrimination nobody can treat bad other people cus they don't speak English. WELL IN GENERAL SHE NEED TO BE REMOVE FROM THE POST OFFICE 49 ST.
