This was my first time sending a package outside the country. The first person who helped me, Daniel, was a very professional young man who enjoys his job and is helpful. His first language is English, but he made an effort to understand me and provide excellent service; for me, it was a 10/10 experience. Unfortunately, he had to leave, and a young woman replaced him who seemed more suited to modeling than to customer service. She had a strong personality, was reluctant to talk, and was throwing the packages around like frisbees. But the important thing is that, right in front of me, she dared to assign a weight and value to the package that I was absolutely certain was incorrect. As you know, when it comes to money, we make sure we pay the right amount. She was rude and unprofessional. This happened today, December 17th, around midday.
