Mal servicio…me atendieron con un celular en la mano la empleada mirando redes sociales y nunca me miró a la cara….resultado no aparece el sobre con papeles importantes. Nunca más regreso a ese lugar. Salí muy alarmada del Customer Service de estos tiempos.

What a sad experience, their was no greeting, no "how may i help", i said good afternoon to another employee and just looked at me and kept going, didnt even both checking if everything was ok and ready while talking on the phone, differently not coming back
