I wish I had the name of the rude gentleman who refused to help me and was very rude about it as well. He couldnt or wouldnt answer my question about a change of address form or online password change. He refused to help me. The only redeeming occurrence was that someone else helped me make the address change on the machine. I was not even told I could do that as an option by the first guy! I moved nearby but would rather have my PO Box at the Kendall USPS than move it here. People in Kendall office are friendly, kind and helpful. I'd rather drive that far, than put up with rude unhelpful employees.

When it turned up they failed at delivering it, upon calling they said it was ON HOLD at the post office and I had 10 days to retrieve it. I said thanks and gave the phone person a perfect rating. The NEXT MORNING I recieved an email that the item was delivered to a pront porch. WHERE?! I was planning to go retireve it soon as the post office was near by... what an absolutely useless team of people. Clearly NO communication from 1 department to another.
