I have been a box holder for (8) yrs and they never disappoint, I opened the account with Joe who has been there way before and he's awesome...always upbeat and always knows the best way to do anything.The location is properly staffed for the volume of customers who the team gets in and out, remarkably quick, with whatever the customers are needing.I can always count on any of them to retrieve my deliveries in a timely fashion despite the lines out the door and the chaos.I especially enjoy help from Georgia who makes my day with her beautiful smile and sweet way! The owner Vaishali is wonderful and definitely dedicated to customer satisfaction and her pride is engrained in all the staff and in the cleanliness and organization of the store.Every year I can count on her to make some canvas prints for holiday gifts and she's awesome and can't do enough for me.I have been a UPS Store box holder for (15) yrs and the peace of mind of the mail and deliveries by these amazing people is worth the price and I highly recommend them.
