- ABAriel BrownJun 3, 20251.0I mean the reviews dont lie. How can you say you tried to deliver a package and not even pull in the driveway? I was home literally the entire day and have cameras to notify me if people pull in the driveway. Not one USPS delivery driver in site all day yet I get a memo that they attempted to deliver it. This had happened several times to my household. It is best to keep the lowest of the low expectation for this location. Really wish they could get whatever they need, whether it be more staff, funding, new management, ect, so they can stop being terrible.

Unfortunately, the package is sitting at the branch in Havana because you no longer deliver to the address on the form. We are disabled senior citizens and transportation can be challenging. I long for the days when the post office could do their job. We were given a slip of paper with the address in Havana. May be you could go the extra mile and staple the address to form 3849.

That hasn't happened either. It's bad enough not getting mail but especially important things we are waiting on. We receive emails daily showing what we are getting and we haven't gotten anything. We aren't happy at all. Someone needs to get it together.
