- HHHaley HorneDec 4, 20251.0LAZY!!! I received a notice my package was out for delivery Tuesday, then all of a sudden, there was an “issue”. It stated the delivery driver needed a security access code, I don’t have a gate nor do you need a code for my property. My mailbox is at the end of the road before entering the neighborhood. Whomever the driver was, just didn’t want to enter to neighborhood. I called USPS Corporate and the lady I spoke with said it was actually due to “no secure location” to leave my package!! If you would drive to my property, you would see there is a COVERED car port, back & front porch. I rescheduled a delivery for Wednesday. I was assured by USPS Corporate my package would be delivered by Wednesday at 8pm. 8pm came and went, no package. The website has said for 2 days now “processing at destination”? I called USPS corporate again this morning, she gave me the number for the direct office, I called 11 TIMES!! No answer. USPS corporate said there was NO reason this should be occurring. LAZY!! If you don’t want to deliver packages, just say to come pick it up! Not lie about issues with delivery! Now my package is in limbo, no answers via phone. This whole branch should be fired and rehired with new staff!!!! Or at least the delivery drivers. I have never had an issue with UPS, Amazon, or FedEx.

That hasn't happened either. It's bad enough not getting mail but especially important things we are waiting on. We receive emails daily showing what we are getting and we haven't gotten anything. We aren't happy at all. Someone needs to get it together.
