- SBSean ButlerJan 30, 20243.0The local office is well run by a lovely woman. The quality of local area delivery has dropped precipitously in the last year. The former delivery person was top notch, but has been replaced by the opposite. Hearing a lot of complaints about the mail drop, experiencing it too, from packages left exposed, jammed into boxes badly, and wrong address delivery. Are they training delivery people, monitoring them, and who are they hiring these days that are droppi g the ball so badly?
