  On April 18, 2026, at around 10:00 a.m., I experienced serious issues at the Hallandale USPS post office located at 500 S Federal Hwy, Hallandale Beach. I received rude and unprofessional service from the post office manager, Fernando, and a clerk named Nicolette. They refused to assist me or explain my options, declined to provide service, and refused to show their name tags when asked. As a result of their behavior, I became upset and expressed my frustration. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, they asked police officers to remove me from the premises. I believe this conduct is inappropriate for government employees and does not meet the standards of customer service expected from USPS staff.

  Terrible service, don’t care to help you, brush you off to the courthouse or other post office is when they can’t help you. Just like every other USPS. No wonder they’re going out of business. The supervisor Fernando is a joke and does not deserve a leadership position. Good luck coming to the post office.

  I never leave reviews, but let me say this one thing I just experienced the worse customer service. From the passport agent humiliating customers to treating people in a horrible manner. The disrespect from her and her tone and attitude was actually disgusting. As I held my baby in my arms making a long line and there was probably 20 people in line and only 3 working and they took an awful amount of time. Then for me to walk up there and her mistreat and say that she will not be attending me and that I need to go ahead and figure it out somewhere else. As my baby and me waited all that time was the most stressful situation of my life and I even kindly respond and told her if she could simply help me out and she gave me the most nasty attitude, United States postal office you lost all respect from me honestly I don’t know who you guys are hiring but extremely unprofessional and horrible customer service.

  This place is HORRIBLE! This is my second time coming this week during working hours only to find a sign saying they’ll be back in an hour.. Are you kidding me! This is my 2nd time here this week where they just decide to close up shop in the middle of working hours and go on a break. I’ve never seen something like this. People have work, and cannot continue to come back 5 times to ship 1 package out. I will be filing a formal complaint with USPS. This is highly unacceptable, unqualified workers taking breaks freely throughout the day with no recourse.

  My package was mis delivered in Hallandale and last location was this post office ( I live in Fort Lauderdale), it has been almost 2 months that they are “looking” for it. Post master Frank said he hasn’t seen this in his 30 years of working at USPS and has not been cooperative at all. He looked into the package for 2 days and gave up. Not to mention that since I called for an update over 3 weeks ago, mysteriously no one answers the calls made from my phone. But will answer when called from another number. I hope no one else has problems with this post office because the problem will never be resolved.
