  I come to this store quite often to return Amazon orders that the items are not as expected. This store is by far the best store I have ever been, and I have been in several UPS stores. Everyone is kind and respectful with customers, especially Brion and Henrique with whom I had an amazing experience. when I was about to star writing this comment I looked back to some of them and I got stunned how some people react. After reading some reviews, it honestly feels less like an objective comment and more like an emotional overreaction to a fairly standard situation. Nothing described here is out of the ordinary for a busy shipping store. Employees are expected to enforce policies, manage multiple customers at once, and keep things moving. That often requires being direct and efficient, especially when the store is under pressure. Interpreting that as personal hostility seems like a stretch. The packaging issue and the small fee for tape are completely normal. These are standard practices, not arbitrary decisions made by one employee. Being clearly told how the process works may not always feel pleasant, but that doesn’t make it inappropriate or disrespectful. What really undermines this review is the repeated use of extreme, personal attacks. Calling someone “horrible” and a “miserable human being,” while also threatening to damage their reputation, goes far beyond describing a negative experience, it reflects a loss of perspective. That kind of language says more about the reviewer’s reaction than about the employee’s behavior. From an outside point of view, it sounds far more likely that the employee was doing his job in a direct, no-nonsense way, while dealing with a difficult and escalating interaction. In fast paced service environments, that’s often necessary. Employees deserve fairness too. Based on what’s written here, this seems like a situation where someone took offense to normal procedures and allowed frustration to turn into a highly exaggerated portrayal of the person involved. Guys keep doing your best, it’s always a pleasure visit this place.

  The worst Store I have ever encountered. Customerservice is absolutely horrible. The man that’s working in the store is very short nasty and should not be in customer service all of this to drop off a package.

  I went to have 7 papers sent to my email. I was charged $3.15 for the email. Then I was charged .99ct for how many pages in the email. I was told that they charge me $3.15 just to scan the pages in. Then .99 for each page that’s in the email. That’s ridiculous because you have to scan the pages just to send an email. They sent one email so why am I being charged to scan the pages in for the email and then charged again for each page that they had to send in one email. And I know it didn’t make sense to him either because he couldn’t even find the button to charge me for each page so he rung it up as additional Fax and I mentioned to him I didn’t fax anything so why are you ringing it up as fax he had no answer for that. so to send one email cost me $11.22. I could’ve went to Fedex and did the same thing for less than five dollars. I was very disappointed. I left there thinking I would never go back there again.

  would like to leave a great review for Henrique. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process of printing and mailing my documents very easy and stress-free. It’s not common to find people who genuinely care about helping customers, and Henrique truly made a difference with his attitude and service. I really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend this location because of him. Thank you, Henrique!

  I'm not even sure to where to start. I have never been treated so poorly in my life with someone who works in customer service. I looked at the reviews to see if anyone else had the same issue I had and it seems many people have. I'm honestly not sure how this man is still working here? He is so rude and off putting that I will never step foot into this UPS again. He will not give you his name and he didn't have a name badge on, I did find a photo from someone on here that also had a negative interaction with this man that I will attach here. For starters when I walked into this UPS this man was berating the other associate, demanding him to do multiple things at once while taking care of the customers, he was so off putting and rude to him that I felt bad. How strange that this man acts this way in front of customers. I really hope he is not the manager, as this is a horrible way to be treated. Secondly, I did not know my package was supposed to be packaged and shipped by myself instead of by amazon like it usually is, the man started berating me in front of everyone how its not his responsibility to put tape on the package, I didn't even ask him to?? He was so rude, berating me in front of other customers, asking me "what you cant read the directions??" Wow! I couldn't believe it. He then told me he'd put tape but that it would cost $1 for a little tare off of one tape piece, then I kindly asked again to make sure it was $1 because that sounded like a lot of money for a little piece of tape and then he started berating me in front of customers again. It was so horrible how this man treated me, how he treated the young man that was working with him, and how he treated all of these other people who's reviews I just read. How is this man still working here?? He's absolutely horrible and a miserable human being. After I paid my $1 and left he started talking badly about me to everyone in the store. Absolutely unbelievable. I was nothing but nice like I always am and that was beyond inconceivable. I will be calling UPS and reporting him. I'm also apart of big network and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this UPS until this man is no longer working here!!
