Then, I showed up half an hour before closing time to do fingerprints, and when everyone was too busy, Chrissy made time to help me (I just had to wait a little bit). The other workers seemed friendly and helpful too. I even overheard them proactively finding and helping fix problems with how people had labeled their packages. A million times better than my experience with another post office in Broward the day before, where they didn't have a working phone and refused to help me when I came in person ("We're not doing fingerprints, we just decided to cancel it").

I stood in the “hold mail” line for 22 minutes while two employees actively helped other people in that same line. No acknowledgment. No clarification. Nothing. They both walked away, and I continued standing there like an idiot. Meanwhile, there are two people behind the counter helping customers, and not a single one thought to say, “Hey, you need to be in the regular line,” so I could then go waste another 37 minutes of my life. Wild how doing the bare minimum is apparently too much to ask.

On 12/13/2025 , after I filed two claims they finally admitted that they delivered it to the wrong person. They claimed they couldn't retrieve it. And that I have to contact Amazon about it.
