I was trying to look for a box and there was no box. So I asked I said good afternoon do you have more boxes in the back. I didn't get her name (but my next review I'm going to get her name). I know that lady for years. she has a very long hair, she put it up ,color woman. And she yelled "what do you want me to do to stop what I'm doing and go to the back to get you the box?" What my answer was "No ma'am all I wanted to know if you have box so I will do the line. So I pick up my things and I left. No wonder they have a review of 2.7. I believe this one is going to go down. Do not go there. I went to the UPS. I sent the box for the same amount of money very nice very sweet people
- SMSylvia MSep 26, 20255.0So we came today to do my son's first passport application which we made an appointment for but did not know we had to have the application filled out (its our first time doing it through USPS). We were attended by Nicollete (apologies if I spelt her name wrong 😳) but she was absolutely sweet and so helpful!!! She found and application for us to fill out so we did not have to leave and make another appointment. After we finished our application she told us to wait so she could continue to help. She then took us to take my sons picture and we were cutting into her break. Instead of telling us to come back she attended to us even during her break! What an amazing person. A lot of people don't take into consideration how much we look forward for our breaks and she did not mind helping us at all. I wish there were more people like Nicollette. Outstanding customer service, she went above and beyond. She deserves a raise. Thank you!!!
