- JMJanay Mooretoday1.0Javier and Robert were extremely rude! We came for a passport appointment and first off they were running 40 minutes behind. There were two ladies in front of us waiting and Robert comes out yelling at them very disrespectful to get to the back of the line. When it was our time he sits us down and stared at us, doesn’t say anything to let us know what we need to do or help at all. Then he tells us different rules than what are listed online and says it’s our fault. (Even though we followed every rule for passports listed online). We have two young kids with us and he was being very rude, very disrespectful to us and slammed the passport door behind us. He could have slammed their hands in the door with his carelessness. Then when we come out and ask for a manager, Javier says just go wait and rolls his eyes and makes faces at us. We ask for his name and he just stares at us and doesn’t say anything then continues to make faces at my fiance as he walks away. They should not be employed here. The way they treated us was horrible! The manager TJ was polite and helped us as well as Luis… but Robert and Javier need to be rep-remanded for their behavior. This is not acceptable behavior for a federal employee at all!

Done paid for certified mail to be delivered by the 16 of January an recieved it back undelivered to a big fidelity office in Ohio. I had some one ship me something from pompano beach FL an it went to TN KY then back to Florida sapose to be delivered today 1/31 in Haines city FL an them lazy people did not get my package delivered or have an update! If u don’t want to work get a new job!!!
