    A level of incompetence that only the government could provide. Multiple times, I've received notification that a delivery attempt has occurred, unsuccessfully. Now, I have to trip over to the post office, again, to pick up packages that they couldn't deliver. Here's the frustrating part: they never attempt a delivery. They claim they do, but don't even bother putting the packages on the truck. They just leave a note and make you come get it. It's pathetic at the very least, if not unethical and a violation of usps policy. Do your jobs!

    I’m very disappointed with the service at this post office. I mailed a box with the correct address and ZIP code clearly written, but an employee entered the wrong ZIP code and wrong address into the system. Because of this mistake, my package was sent to the wrong location and was eventually lost. I only found out days later that the package had been sent to the wrong address, which made the situation even more frustrating. This has caused me a lot of stress and frustration. I trusted this USPS branch to handle my package properly, and this error should never have happened. I hope the management will take this seriously and improve accuracy and training so other customers don’t have to go through the same issue.

    Impressions from my first visit: This post office is grossly understaffed and is not sympathetic when it comes to appointments. I pulled into the post office two minutes late (drove a half hour to get there), then waited in line for five minutes (like any decent person should), and by the time I got to a desk - which by the way, there are at least four desks and only two guys working - I just got a heads hake and a "Reschedule online". Won't try to get a passport from here again.

    Understaffed and slow. Be ready to be in a line as you you were in the DMV. When I drop off packages, they are scanned 3 to 4 days later
