  Muy mal trato de parte de la maneger Maria ase unos días mi hija dejo una aspiradora Dyson y les llegó un pullover de Amazon por un mal trabajo de ellos ya de esto a paso varios dias y no tengo solucion por favor revise. Los paquetes antes de entregarlos y tiren fotos por k segun la maneger ellos no se asen responsables no entiendo que mal trabajo y que poca confiabilidad entregaron esto por una aspiradora de mil dolares ni Dyson me puede ayudar por Un mal trabajo de UPS recomendacion tiren foto graven que ups segun la maneger no se ase responsable aquí está lo que envié y lo que lo que le llegó a Dyson

  Pésima experiencia con UPS en Haines City. UPS envió algo de Amazon a Dyson en lugar de mi aspiradora correcta. Dyson nunca recibió el producto que correspondía a mi devolución/compra . El manejo fue completamente irresponsable, el seguimiento confuso y nadie ofreció una solución clara. Es inaceptable que un envío tan importante se maneje con tanta negligencia. Exijo que se investigue lo ocurrido y que se hagan responsables por el error. When I didn't hear anything, I called in February and was informed that, by mistake, they had sent an Amazon package instead of my vacuum cleaner. When I returned to the store where I had handed it in, it didn't receive proper attention, despite being an expensive item, worth approximately one thousand dollars. I was told to wait 24 to 48 hours for them to resolve the situation. I waited Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Monday, and when I returned on Tuesday, nothing had been done. Ms. Maria E. told me I had to cancel the transaction with the bank and questioned why I had waited so many days, adding that, since I had already handed over the product, what happened next wasn't my problem, as it happened behind the counter. I believe this situation reflects a lack of responsibility and proper customer service. I left the store very upset, even crying, as it was a significant amount of money and I didn't deserve to go through this experience. I requested that the necessary measures be taken and that the staff be properly trained to serve the public and handle situations like this more professionally. I also recommend that other customers document the incident with photos or videos when handing over high-value items to avoid similar situations.

  I called to get a simple quote on notary services. I spoke to Marie, wanting to know the price to notarize a deed and a trust. She said they have to see the document to quote a price. I asked why when all that's needed is the notary seal and two witnesses, and all I want to know is how much. I was put on hold for what seemed to be a very long time, so I hung up. I called again, and it seems as though these workers don't want to do their job, so without even answering the phone, you get put on hold. I was hoping to make this my UPS Store since it's closer to home, but I guess I'll be going back to the other UPS, which gives you no hassle and professional help. You would think that a new location would be wanting to have good service to promote their store, but I guess "NOT".

  Maria and Marie are beautiful people who really know how to treat customers. Their personalities are incredible they value the clientele’s business and their service are exceptional! I wish I could be treated the same way in other businesses. Thank you guys for all you do everyday, I’m truly grateful beyond words! God bless!!

  Aa always yesterday I had a very pleasant experience in the haines city Location when 2 smiling faces of Maria and Elizabeth greeted myself pleasantly as I entered the store . My experience was more then just doing my 2 returns in the easy way box it was a great experience from the 2 young ladies whi took the time to make sure my shipping needs were met and to ask how ive been . It truly was a great home town vibe and I wanted to praise the efforts of these woman as I know at times this store can be busy and hectic they always are smiling and reaching out to everyone to fulfill all their needs. Keep up the great job !
