I walk in with an Amazon return and every other time they always scanned my phone or had me email them the return label and they put it in the box. So thinking this was the same.. I send it to the store email he prints it out and comes back saying I owe $2.33. When I asked what thay was for the guy says the label.. I kinda laugh and said well hell if it was costing me money I would've printed it off myself. With a passive aggressive attitude the guy picks up the box and label and says "just dont worry about it then". I tell the guy no need to get like that and paid them their money. Advice: If your gonna charge for something just mention it up front then its no big deal and maybe less attitude over something stupid

He was knowledgeable and very kind. His customer service skills were impeccable. I came into the store a little frustrated but left in a better mood all because he was so accommodating. Thank you!
