  I have been going to the one in Clermont forever. This one is much closer. The only problem is the staff is RUDE. They never smile or greet you. So I definitely will never step foot in their facility again. I will drive the extra 20 minutes to the one in the Winn-Dixie Plaza. I’ve tried twice to come in here and the staff is just rude. It’s like you’re bothering them when you bring a package in. Like I said I’ll drive the extra 20 minutes every day of the week to be treated with a smile and be treated friendly. I don’t even know how they stay in business. But they do so don’t waste your time spend the extra 20 minutes and drive to the one at the Winn-Dixie Plaza. They are so kind and so helpful and you’re greeted politely the minute you walk in the door. Shame on UPS for allowing the staff to treat people like a bother

  This a clean, it smelled so incredible inside! I had sent a package last year to my best friend they had it saved on file so I didn’t have to give it to them again! Thank you for your help!

  The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I even forgot something there and they called me right away so I can come back in and pick it up.
