- RHRobin HayesJul 30, 20241.0I sent a package out on June 9, 2024 and as of June 30,2024 the package has not been received. I submitted a ticket for research and it was closed and still not resolved. What is most disappointing to me is the lack of concern. UPS is a little more expensive but when you're trying to operate a business you need to be able to ensure your customer are receiving their products and with my local branch I no longer have that confidence.
