Richard was helping me, he was very unprofessional, unhappy, talked to me with a sound of discrimination because I have an accent. He pushed green happy without asking me, I told him to re-do it and I left him red review. He didn’t have name tag, when I asked him why he treat me so bad, because of my accent, he started laughing. He should not work with people, not in service and especially for government offices!!! I remember this office when it was opened, lots of employees, manager helping people too. I will follow on my review.
